So, I decided to try something new. I hate beetroot. In fact, I didn't even know what it looked from the outside when I bought it.
Ingredients:
- 1 beet
- 1 cup curd
- rai (mustard seeds)
- curry leaves
- salt to taste (if required. I didn't add any)
Method:
- Boil the beetroot
- Grate it
- Add curd and water (if required)
- Heat oil (1 teaspoon), add rai and curry leaves. Turn off gas and add it to the curd
- Mix well
Yummy and healthy beetroot raita is ready.
